Trouble Creating Macro

I have been using the u1 for a while and I'm having trouble creating a macro that will turn on the TV and the sound bar with the red power button. The TV is a Sony bravo XR-55a80ck and the soundbar is a Vizio v51x-j6. I have set up power for the TV on an unsigned key for the TV and that alone works. If I assign that key is the first item in the macro and then set up the power for the soundbar as the second item in the macro the only thing the macro does is to power on the soundbar and not the TV. What am I doing wrong.
