Lg UH652T back button

My x1 back button is not working for lg uh652T when I go to repair and I use filter instructions from cloud data I get to number 4 in the list and it works so I say yes and then it takes me back to the repair/trigger screen, but it doesn't work after that, any suggestions on how to fix?

    thank you, the back button is now working, however the channel up button isnt.

    Sorry for the inconvenience The code base has been repaired. Please add Brand: LG Model: 43UH652T again, choose the device, click edit -- assign key for the X1 remote, then assign the command Return, Exit to the physical key of the X1.
