I have this same issue. I have a Xione setop box from my cable provider, but I cannot program the page up and page down buttons. The only thing that works is the up and down buttons to scroll one channel at a time in the menu, not an entire page like the original remote allows.
Thank you for contacting us, the speaker groupings need to be set up in the SONOS APP itself, this is a system decision by sonos. After setting up the grouping is done, sofabaton add any one speaker can control the overall volume. If the combination is not set in sonos, add different sonos separately with sofabaton to control them individually
Hi Support Team, I have to come back at this topic. I'm also facing issues while adding Magenta TV Box remote. Reason is: no second remote could be added (Wiht fir TV ist possibel) as the remote uses bluetooth I cant find it in BT section of sofabaton database. only in the IR section. The TV box could also be operated by a simulated remote within the Magenta App which the communicates vin WIFi. wouldnt it be possible to just learn the commands via WiFi from the original remote, like it is possible for the IR remotes? The option to upgrade to the latest TV Box one is for most users not an option as the latest version comes with reduced functions. Thanks in advance
