Dear Customer If you added it by Bluetooth mode in our app, sorry to say you might not be able to turn it on if adding it by Bluetooth. a. We are still trying to get some useful info from the producer of this device as its code of its power-on function is made by a special code protocol. b. BTW, if your Projector is connected to other devices like TV or AV receiver by HDMI cable, then This device can be turned on at the same time via CEC function when you are turning on TV or receiver etc. c. a. Some customers have mentioned the setting of "NOT disabling watching BT when in off/sleep" on the projector. he turned it to "yes, always watch please," and then it worked by using the remote of Sofabaton. Check your projector settings for something similar. b. One feedback from another customer FYI: I have an Epson LS11000 and it asks for an extra “are you sure,” but I was able to go into the projector settings and disable that feature so it wouldn’t do that. My guess is that when I programmed the projector to shut off, I added an extra step or something that’s conflicting to the command. d. Another solution----if you coincidentally have a Flirc--- that is a third-party device and its website for your reference---https://flirc.tv/. e. There is a third-party application at the market named "Button Mapper" available to fix this issue but note it is charged.
Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience. Is there any obstruction between your Denon AVR-S960H and the hub? Because the X series signals are all transmitted from the hub. The remote control itself does not have infrared signals. Therefore, there needs to be a direct line of sight between the hub and the device. If there is an obstruction between your hub and Denon AVR-S960H, you need to use an IR blaster. Please press the buttons on the original remotes of the Denon AVR-S960H and check if any lights flash on the surface of your Denon. Then plug the IR blasters into the back of our hub and attach the heads of the IR blasters to this area.
Yes, thank you for your suggestion. I will share it with our team to assess its feasibility and consider whether to add this feature in future updates.
Is this something you would consider adding in the future? I'm sure its a common issue.
