If it's the same in device mode, you can try testing the volume buttons in the app. If it still can't be long pressed, you can try to fix it by selecting Device--Edit--add/repair commads. select volume buttons to fix, select a suitable command from cloud. choose another command instead.
Thank you for reaching out. In your case, please use the original cable and charger attached to charge it for 20 minutes and check if it will power on. If it's still not working, please take a video(the video is about the original charger charging the hub, which responds; but the original charging cable charging the remote doesn't respond to anything) of that issue and send it to us. We will locate the issue and give you a proper solution. And you can also try to use another USB-A to USB-C to charge the remote and test if the remote is broken or the charging cable is faulty. You can share it in our email, thanks.service@sofabaton.com
The X1 and X1s do have Macros. To create one press Edit and select the Activity you wish to add one too, press Favorites then Add Macro Keys.
Now the same kid. Of macro programming fiction needs to be added to the X1 and X1S models. Those have too advanced and more complex ways of doing this via activities. But would really like simple macro button assignments like the U1 series to be also provided as an option
It will work if you connect via Bluetooth instead of IR, it’s also has quicker response. Set it up as Android box, and for options while watching for example, bind the key on the remote to App trigger in the setup on your phone
Same issue here, i sent a request to sofabaton@ outlook.com, thanks!
