Looks like I have the same problems. In the database I can pick the Arris DCX960 for my Ziggo Next TV box but the commands work very poorly. I have to change the "command repeats" and try multiple commands from the Cloud. After trying for ages a working command may be found but it will take ages to reconfigure all buttons like this. And even though the test may be successful, i need to press a button multiple times to get the command out once. The experience of the X2 doesn't come even close to the experience of the original remote. Adding a WORKING profile for the Arris DCX960 to the database would be much appreciated.
Yes, please make the delay removable or configurable down to 0.0 seconds. Also, please make the repeat delay configurable as well. When I do volume up/down, and press/hold, the repeat delay is set to something like 0.5 seconds and isn't configurable. So when I press and hold volume up/down, it takes a super long time to change the volume on my receiver. Please let me configure this repeat delay so I can make it faster.
Hi, I am having the exact same issue. Despite following those steps, I still cannot find the Hue Bridge in the app. I have already performed extensive troubleshooting: Reconfigured the Hub: I didn't just restart it; I completely reset and reconfigured the SofaBaton Hub from scratch and reconnected it to the Wi-Fi. Restarted Devices: I also restarted the Philips Hue Bridge. Network Isolation: I disabled 5GHz on my router entirely to ensure that both my smartphone and the SofaBaton Hub are on the 2.4GHz network. Even with both devices definitely on the same 2.4GHz frequency and a fresh setup of the Hub, the Hue Bridge is not displayed. Please provide a solution, as the standard troubleshooting does not seem to work.
Dear Customer, We recommend adding the first code. Brand Arris Model: DCX960. This is a code available in the code library. The others are user-shared codes. If some keys are still missing after adding, a. Please go to our app- select this device-cick three dots on the bottom right comer pressthese virtual keys one by one to identify which one the right key is; As for some codes of devices, we might have the same keys in our codebase but with a different name. After that, then go to Devices>Edit>Assign commands for Remote keys>choose one physical button>choose the commands that you need. b. Kindly take an IR Learning from the oniginal remote: kindly go to our app-- device page.-select the device- edit-ad/repair commands-select the related buttons-repair. -Learn commands from the original remote or "Select a suitable command from the cloud", try both 2. After re-ading and every buton works, pleae delete the related old acivty and create a new one etc, make a sync from Hub to remote with the below routine: me--setings--sync data to remote before having some tests with our remote, if you are holding an X series. 3. BTW, also there is one way to share the code of your device to our cloud base by go to our app--devices page--Add--infrared--Leam from Original IR remote and make sure all butons are working aiter earina: Then there is a wav to update the code ofthis model to our cioud by the below routine, our app--me-Share codebase-do the rest. Kindly re-add it in a few hours in our app and the new code you shared will be titled "user shared" in our app under Infrared--Brand of this device--type in its model--scroll down to the end of this page.
Dear Customer, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The X2 currently only supports 5GHz Wi-Fi. You will need to connect your phone to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network as well. You can access your phone's WLAN settings and switch its Wi-Fi connection to 2.4GHz.
Thanks. And good idea. I was wondering that would be a good place to put that.
