  • I have 2 RF devices (both are 433.92mhz). One is an electric screen which the remote pairs with the hub, the other is a smart plug, but the remote refuses to pair - I'm baffled!
  • Adding this advice would be so great!
  • It is very, very sad that i can not transfer codes from Sofabaton U2 to another remote control. Please do something.
  • Any updates on these? When you reply to users that you'll investigate/escalate and you indeed do so, can you post an update? Even if the answer is negative this is better than no answer at all. Needless to say that it would be really nice to have a status of such requests if they are still on the table, or dropped.
  • None of the proposed solutions work. Wiim's streamers are one of the most popular on the market. Can't you just talk to the manufacturer rather than letting users find workarounds???
  • Try using it in IR mode or a mix. There are codes for the Mini in the database and the remotes look the same.
