I already complained about this problem last year and received a free replacement. Unfortunately, it has the same problem with the scroll wheel, and it is getting worse. This seems to be a common problem and we will have to live with it. I hope that sofabaton will use better hardware in the next generation of remotes (if there will be an update).
I have responded by email. In the meantime I have sidestepped the issue of poor first-key-click response for my Samsung QN90A TV while using v15 firmware by downgrading to v13.
You say no lighting but support Philips Hue, why not Lutron too?
I have been experiencing the same issue, have key favorites setup in Watch TV activity to change channels but the scrolling is not smooth and jumps around. Sometimes it's difficult to get to the right number.
How near. I'm itching to replace my harmony elite, but I'd rather wait for the X1s rather than grabbing the X1
Is there a fix for this yet? I have the VPL-XW5000ES, tried the VPL-XW6000ES settings and also the manual learning. Nothing seems to work.
